There is a small chance that a Council Member will spawn on Containment Breach, but there is a 1/96 chance of this. Each Class-D spawns in a random one of the several dozen cells in the Class-D Barracks. Staff spawn in one of a few areas: Both 3-Way Corridors. Outside Light Testing Chamber. In tunnels there is a high chance of spawn of these SCP. In tunnels, go always to the left (Be carreful with SCP-173 and SCP-106!!) and go into the elevator. At the bottom of the elevator you should go to the left, then, go forward. If you are going in the good path, you will see SCP-513 room.
